Forest Path Consulting was founded in Central Oregon in 2020 by Rika Ayotte to build capacity for communities and non-profit organizations who are working to make the world a better place. Rika holds an MBA in Non-Profit Management and has over 15 years of working in non-profit organizations. She is leading the development of multiple regional trails coalitions across the state of Oregon; helping to convene dozens of partners and to raise hundreds of thousands for stewardship of Public Lands. She is a talented fundraiser and grant writer with a proven track record. She has led multiple strategic planning processes and organizational development efforts for Public Lands partners, Museums and conservation organizations across the western United States.
